How it works

It’s easy. All the preparation and cooking are done by our Sri Lankan chefs.

Delivered to you in an isothermal box with plenty of ice packs to keep everything cool and fresh. We deliver twice a week nationwide.

All you have to do is heat up and enjoy.

Follow our simple instructions below to enjoy our restaurant dishes at home.

Please refrigerate all food until you are ready to heat, the uncooked rice pack can stay out until you are ready to cook.

For Ceylon Chicken Curry
  1. For best results, empty contents into a pan and cover with a lid
  2. Warm on a medium heat for 10 minutes
  3. Alternatively, you can remove the curry from the packaging & microwave on medium setting for 3-4 minutes
For Beetroot / Cashew / Dhal / Green Bean Curries
  1. For best results, empty contents into a pan and cover with a lid
  2. Warm on a low heat for 5-7 minutes
  3. Alternatively, you can remove food from packaging and microwave on a medium setting for 2-3 minutes
For Toasted Pol Sambol / Batu Moju / Mango Chutney / Seeni Sambol
  1. Please keep refrigerated and serve room temperature
For Aromatic Basmati Rice
  1. Empty the rice into a bowl and soak in water for 20 minutes
  2. Drain and rinse the rice in cold water
  3. Add 440ml of water to a pot, a pinch of salt and aromatic spices (enclosed)
  4. Boil the water, add the rice, then reduce to a low heat, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Remove lid and leave to stand for 5 minutes
